Cancer Survivorship

For cancer survivors who have sexual health concerns or require menopause management

We are committed to addressing patients’ concerns about sexual health as an integral part of their care, from diagnosis and treatment through survivorship. People may experience physical and emotional changes impacting their quality of life. This is a common consequence of cancer treatment, including chemotherapy, radiation, surgery and hormone therapy.

We provide an individualized consultations and education to help you to find solutions based on a biopsychosocial approach.

Commonly seen concerns include: management of menopausal symptoms such as hot flushes and vaginal dryness, sexual discomfort, decreased desire / arousal / orgasm, changes to sexual self-image, relationship communication.

Who we see: breast cancer, pelvic cancers (ovarian, uterine, cervical), vulvar and vaginal cancers, bladder and anorectal cancers are the most common.
